What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by applying policies, procedures, standards, and training
• supervise shifts and manage operations when the General Manager is absent
• assist with administrative duties, employee evaluations, and scheduling
• support food and labor cost objectives
• maintain guest service, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and product standards
• coach and develop managers and employees.
