Network Analyst, Level 3 NOC

The Network Analyst, Level 3 NOC role is onsite in Newark, NJ; compensation is not specified. The analyst reports to the NOC Shift Supervisor and supports network operations. The role exists to monitor and restore network availability and performance, resolve escalated issues, and help minimize service disruption through diagnostics, incident coordination, and collaboration with network engineering and other support teams.

What you'll do

• Monitor network devices and infrastructure
• respond to alerts and incidents
• perform diagnostics and troubleshoot routers and switches
• create, log, and track incident tickets
• use network monitoring tools to assess network health and device availability
• follow NOC procedures and runbooks
• identify and restore services to remote locations
• collaborate with network engineering
• mentor and support other analysts
• and remain current through training and professional development.
