The captain supervises security personnel across one or more client sites, ensuring post orders, rounds, and reporting are completed and that authorities and clients are notified during emergencies. The role also supports staffing, training, employee performance, client service, and consistent site operations.

What you'll do

• Oversee security officers, lead officers, and other personnel
• ensure post orders and rounds are followed and reports are filed
• notify authorities and clients in emergencies
• coach and discipline personnel
• train officers and review assignment details
• assist with payroll and scheduling and ensure post coverage
• meet with client representatives
• prepare reports and inspect posts
• may perform security officer duties.
