What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit
• supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• monitor resident conditions and collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team
• maintain regulatory compliance and timely documentation
• participate in care planning and quality improvement
• assist with admissions, discharges, and assessments.
