The Sales Lead – Thrift Store role is onsite in Waipahu, HI. Compensation is $17.50 per hour. The role supports The Salvation Army’s retail operations and its spiritual, social, and rehabilitation programs for people in need. The Sales Lead helps run daily store operations, maintain customer and donor service, and meet sales and income goals. The role also supports and mentors beneficiaries participating in the rehabilitation program and work-therapy assignments.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Store Manager on daily operations, opening and closing, point-of-sale, inventory, merchandising, and donations.
• Support sales and profitability goals, schedule and coach employees when managers are absent, maintain customer and donor satisfaction, and help supervise beneficiaries and work-therapy assignments when applicable.
