The Operations Specialist is an onsite, full-time role in Big Sky, MT, paying $27 per hour. Natural Retreats manages luxury vacation rental homes and supports guests and owners throughout their stays. The specialist helps ensure homes are guest-ready, inspected, maintained, and aligned with brand standards. The role supports a smooth guest and owner experience by resolving concerns, coordinating work orders, completing inspections, and assisting with basic property maintenance.

What you'll do

• Promote Natural Retreats locations and services
• support guests and owners from arrival through departure
• resolve complaints and escalate concerns
• prepare and stage properties
• deliver branded amenities
• inspect homes after departures and weekly
• ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• process and follow up on maintenance and housekeeping work orders
• assist with basic maintenance such as resetting routers and receivers and light plumbing repairs
• coordinate owner and guest requests
• enter owner charges accurately.

Why this role

Expected schedule is 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with variable hours during peak season. After training, some evening and on-call shifts are expected; weekends are generally working days.
