Job overview
The Registered Nurse, Long-Term Care role is onsite in Berlin, NH, with pay of $48–$52 per hour. The position provides nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. What you'll do
- Assess residents on admission and on an ongoing basis
- develop individualized care plans
- administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility policy
- supervise and direct LPNs and nursing assistants
- evaluate responses and revise care plans
- maintain clinical documentation and coordinate care with physicians, therapy, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Why this role
