The Landscape Crew Member role is an onsite outdoor position serving residential and commercial properties throughout Central New Jersey; compensation is $18–$22 per hour. The full-time schedule varies with workload, weather, and job scheduling; during the busy season, employees should be prepared to work approximately six days per week, with typical days potentially running from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. JTS Lawn & Landscaping provides landscaping and property maintenance services in the region. The role supports the crew’s completion of lawn maintenance, seasonal cleanups, planting, mulching, and related outdoor work. Crew members follow Crew Leader instructions, maintain clean and safe work areas, and learn to use professional landscaping equipment, with advancement opportunities into equipment operator, driver, or crew leader positions.

What you'll do

• Mow lawns
• weed-whack, edge, trim, and blow
• assist with spring and fall cleanups
• install mulch and assist with planting and pruning
• collect and remove leaves, brush, debris, and materials
• load and unload equipment and tools
• learn safe operation of landscaping equipment
• follow Crew Leader instructions
• keep job sites and equipment clean and organized
• follow safety procedures
• and assist with other landscaping and outdoor labor as needed.
