What you'll do

• Own cost, schedule, scope, and technical delivery across a portfolio
• develop program management strategy, governance, and standards
• lead portfolio reviews and prioritize initiatives
• build and develop the program management team
• coordinate cross-functional decisions and dependencies
• lead transitions from development to production
• manage resources, budgets, forecasts, risks, and change
• serve as the primary interface with customers, executives, and external partners
• ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, export-control, and contractual requirements
• implement program tools, reporting, and KPIs.
