What you'll do

• Supervise and direct bakery and pizza production staff
• assist with team leadership, training, and development
• prepare pizza, focaccia, and bakery items to recipes
• manage raw-material stock, orders, and inventory
• maintain portion, quality, and sanitation standards
• work toward mastering production shifts
• assist sales associates and answer guest questions
• perform cashier duties when needed
• document and resolve incidents.
