What you'll do

• Lead and support production workers
• assign daily tasks and ensure targets and schedules are met
• coordinate workflows and monitor production lines
• ensure equipment and materials are available
• conduct training and evaluate performance
• inspect products and resolve quality issues
• troubleshoot equipment and oversee routine maintenance
• maintain clean and safe production areas
• conduct safety audits and meetings
• maintain production, downtime, maintenance, and incident records
• prepare performance reports
• support continuous improvement and comply with plant policies and collective bargaining agreements.
