What you'll do

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• respond to service requests and prioritize work orders
• inspect properties and address issues
• follow safety protocols and health regulations
• assist with turnover repairs and vacant-unit preparation
• coordinate with property management and team members
• be available on-call for resident emergency maintenance issues.
