What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and glassware
• operate dishwashing machines and clean manually when needed
• organize and store clean items
• clean kitchen floors, walls, counters, and equipment
• support culinary, banquet, and outlet teams with equipment and supplies
• deliver clean essentials to service areas
• collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste
• restock cleaning supplies
• report malfunctioning equipment
• use chemicals safely and follow sanitation, food-handling, and hotel procedures.
