The Swim Instructor role is onsite in Grand Rapids, MI. Pay is $14–$17 per hour. What you'll do

• Teach swimming using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
• enforce safety rules and regulations
• make rescues and administer first aid when necessary
• evaluate student progress and complete paperwork
• support parental satisfaction
• use problem-solving and creative thinking to address student challenges
• attend required workshops and in-service training.

Why this role

Applicants must be at least 15 years old and able to work with children. The school provides training for lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification. Lifeguard, youth sports, camp counseling, or childcare experience is a plus.
