What you'll do

• Define and execute strategy to advance the OEC program
• maintain a cross-functional view of priorities, decisions, and risk signals
• identify and lead selected strategic projects
• translate OEC strategy into initiatives
• engage stakeholders and support momentum
• create and manage project plans and materials
• conduct compliance risk assessments and trend analyses
• present risks and recommendations
• support change management and operational efficiencies
• coordinate development initiatives
• support critical compliance reporting, including GCIF and Board-facing materials.
