What you'll do

• Assist with operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure and systems
• help build and manage the critical facilities technician team
• manage power and cooling capacity and monitor environmental conditions
• support 24x7 operations and provide on-call emergency response
• resolve electrical, mechanical, and fire-protection issues
• coordinate construction and commissioning
• oversee preventive maintenance, quality control, CMMS records, contractors, budgets, access control, safety, and environmental compliance
• and manage technician schedules and assignments.
