The Youth Soccer Coach, Ages 2–8 role is onsite in Hoffman Estates, IL. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. Soccer Shots is a children’s soccer program focused on building character, confidence, and soccer skills. The coach leads safe, structured classes and supports children’s motor skills and character development through soccer. The role creates positive early sports experiences while encouraging teamwork, respect, and fun.

What you'll do

• Lead 30–45-minute soccer classes for groups of up to 12 children
• follow the weekly curriculum
• arrive 15 minutes early to prepare the field and equipment
• engage children individually
• manage class rosters and equipment
• attend team meetings and training
• provide brief post-session feedback.
