What you'll do

• Support daily routines including meals, hygiene, school support, and bedtime
• actively supervise youth and maintain safety
• build relationships using trauma-informed practices
• encourage educational and recreational participation
• follow safety plans and use non-physical de-escalation
• complete daily logs, shift reports, and documentation
• maintain a clean, organized living environment.
