What you'll do

• Oversee patient care services and personnel
• supervise assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
• manage clinical staff and compliance
• conduct weekly IDT and leadership meetings
• develop care processes and policies
• assist with agency budgeting
• monitor census, staffing, revenue, and expenses
• participate in hiring and performance reviews
• oversee onboarding and training
• maintain patient documentation and supplies
• support QAPI and regulatory compliance.
