Inbound Customer Service Representative

The Inbound Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Myrtle Beach, SC. Compensation is $17 per hour for the Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM shift or $19 per hour for the Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–10:00 PM shift, plus bonuses. The role supports the Inbound Customer Service team helping guests plan and book vacation packages. The representative guides callers through destination and date selection, completes reservations and payments, answers questions, and resolves concerns. The role helps create a positive guest experience while meeting performance goals and contributing to team growth.

What you'll do

• Take incoming calls from guests planning vacations
• help select destinations and travel dates and complete reservations
• collect payments and verify booking details
• answer questions, resolve concerns, and offer travel suggestions
• build product and destination knowledge
• communicate value and address hesitations
• meet performance goals and participate in coaching.
