The part-time Security Officer, Unarmed Patrol and Credential Issuance role is onsite in Ashburn, VA, with scheduled shifts Tuesday 3:00–11:00 p.m., Friday 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., and Saturday 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Compensation is $23.36 per hour. Allied Universal provides security and facility services to communities and customers. The officer supports security at an assigned technology infrastructure site by assisting visitors and personnel, patrolling data center areas and grounds, monitoring access and security systems, responding to incidents, and documenting activity. The fixed weekly shifts provide a consistent schedule, with the option to claim additional shifts.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors
• conduct regular and random patrols of data center areas, access points, grounds, parking, and perimeter
• monitor access control, visitor activity, alarms, or cameras as assigned
• respond to incidents and alarms
• complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
