What you'll do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• engage with guests and provide recommendations
• maintain and restock the bar
• check identification and follow alcohol-service regulations
• handle cash and card transactions
• greet and seat guests
• take and deliver orders
• maintain tables
• communicate with kitchen and bar staff
• assist with opening and closing procedures and cleaning.
