The Director of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and IT role is onsite in Syracuse, NY, with compensation of $120,000–$165,000 per year. What you'll do

• Own ERP and business-systems strategy, roadmap, support priorities, and continuous improvement
• serve as the internal Epicor ERP subject matter expert and liaison
• evaluate and implement enhancements, integrations, reports, dashboards, and customizations
• lead upgrades, testing, documentation, training, and data-quality initiatives
• oversee facility IT infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, hardware and software support, vendor relationships, and technology planning
• manage two IT employees
• partner with department leaders on process improvements and reporting.
