Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Indiana Statewide Fast Track Placement

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite, statewide placement pool covering Indiana; cases may open anywhere in the state, and services are provided in client settings. Pay is $23 per hour for billable time and $10 per hour for non-billable training and required meetings. Step Ahead ABA’s Fast Track Placement pool connects certified RBTs with new client cases before public job-board postings. The RBT provides direct implementation of skill-building and care plans during client sessions, records session data, and works with families and providers. The placement pool matches candidates to cases based on their area and availability, supporting delivery of ABA services across Indiana.
