What you'll do

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assists with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and obtaining vital signs.
• Assists the resident in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct techniques.
• Documents resident interactions and communicates changing conditions to the charge nurse.
