What you'll do

• Provide outpatient therapy, maintain an assigned caseload, conduct assessments, establish diagnoses, create treatment plans, and complete clinical documentation. Lead clinician meetings
• support staff development, recruiting, onboarding, and performance processes
• coordinate clinic coverage and operations
• support compliance and quality improvement
• and contribute to recruitment, outreach, and practice growth.
