What you'll do

• Prepare patient and employee meals according to menus and special diets ordered by physicians or set by the consulting dietitian
• assist nursing staff with patient snacks
• follow safety and sanitation procedures
• clean and inspect kitchen equipment and work areas
• wash dishes and monitor dishwasher temperatures
• load and unload the dishwasher.
