Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager role is an onsite position based in Orlando, FL, with a salary range of $154,050 to $278,475 per year. This role supports the Defense Decision Advantage Business Area, which delivers mission-critical software and network infrastructure to the US Air Force. The role exists to provide single-point accountability for program execution, including cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction. The manager will lead cross-functional teams to design and deploy global network capabilities while ensuring compliance with security standards and driving mission outcomes.

What you'll do

• Serve as the single point of accountability for program execution, including cost, schedule, technical baseline, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead delivery of network capabilities which include the design, deployment and integration of global infrastructure.
• Manage the program financial baseline, including EAC/ETC development, monthly financial reviews, variance analysis, funding and staffing plans, and achievement of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with leadership, employees, peers, and customers to ensure transparency and shared understanding of goals, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Own risk and opportunity management, including identification, mitigation planning, and escalation of issues that threaten cost, schedule, or mission outcomes.
