What you'll do

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment
• represent NYPCC at career fairs and community events
• draft and post job descriptions
• source and screen candidates
• coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• maintain the applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics
• support recruitment marketing and employer branding
• collect and verify pre-employment documents
• coordinate credentialing and onboarding
• support orientations and employee engagement initiatives.
