What you'll do

• Assist with franchise and distribution disputes, including mediation, litigation, and arbitration
• support development and structuring of franchise and distribution programs
• draft and review franchise disclosure documents and agreements
• advise on contract issues, regulatory compliance, and relationship matters
• assist with state registrations, supply contracts, and transactions
• support international franchising, licensing, and cross-border transactions when applicable.
