Director, Strategy and Continuous Improvement — FIJI Water

The Director, Strategy and Continuous Improvement works on a hybrid schedule at the West Los Angeles, CA office, with in-office work Monday–Wednesday and remote work Thursday–Friday. Pay is $190,000–$220,000 per year, with a possible discretionary bonus. The role supports FIJI Water’s growth and operational improvement across its functions. The director leads strategic and operational initiatives, develops continuous-improvement capabilities, and oversees the Project Management Office. Travel up to 25% is required, including domestic and international travel to Fiji.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives from concept through implementation
• develop strategic plans
• partner with senior leaders and align stakeholders
• lead and mentor the Continuous Improvement team
• oversee the FIJI Water PMO through its Senior Manager
• develop continuous-improvement capabilities through coaching, training, and workshops
• champion lean and change-management methods
• lead cross-functional problem-solving and process improvements
• establish standardized processes and performance measures
• travel as needed for business partners and project execution.
