What you'll do

• Verify data and complete state forms
• disburse taxes and fees and submit filings
• process new and pre-owned registrations and title transfers
• follow up on incoming titles
• reconcile tax, title, license, lien payoff, inventory, and payroll schedules
• process trade-in and floor-plan payoffs
• verify finance and insurance data
• process rebates
• attend weekly department meetings.
