What you'll do

• Supervise an average of 13 technicians across onsite and remote AMER locations
• ensure technicians are trained and equipped
• deliver or coordinate technical training
• review and approve hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and remote support cases
• oversee repair-trip planning and remote support operations
• monitor procedures, attendance, and task execution
• conduct performance reviews and 1:1 meetings
• approve schedules, occupancy, and time-off requests
• coordinate regional operations and escalations with the TFS Global Lead and client.
