What you'll do

• Oversee daily studio functions, opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and performance metrics.
• Drive membership sales, track KPIs, and work toward monthly revenue and conversion goals.
• Hire, train, mentor, and hold front-desk staff and certified stretch practitioners accountable.
• Maintain a welcoming, customer-focused environment and introduce prospective clients to stretching programs.
• Complete Stretch Zone’s paid training and certification program.
