What you'll do

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• respond to and prioritize maintenance requests
• inspect properties and address issues
• follow safety protocols and health and safety regulations
• complete turnover repairs and prepare vacant units
• coordinate with property management and team members.
