• Promote safety and compliance, investigate and report incidents, ensure products meet specifications, verify quality checks and records, monitor production metrics, support continuous improvement and 5S, train and coach employees, maintain shift documentation, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams.
