Behavioral Interventionist – Part-Time

The Behavioral Interventionist – Part-Time role is onsite in Topeka, KS, and typically involves afternoon, evening, and weekend client sessions. Compensation is $21.65–$24 per hour. By following behavioral plans and working with families’ routines, the interventionist contributes to children’s independence and stability at home, school, and in their communities.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with children using neurodevelopmental activities, role-modeling, coaching, and redirection. Follow individualized behavioral plans, create activities based on each child’s interests and goals, support family routines, and use supportive behavioral strategies. Maintain First Aid/CPR and CPI certifications
• safety holds may be required for immediate risk after paid training.
