What you'll do

• Prepare food to meet quality, quantity, consistency, and timing standards.
• Follow recipes and procedures for presentation, portion control, garnishes, and substitutions.
• Know menu items and standards, follow food storage and rotation procedures, prevent spoilage and cross-contamination, and perform other assigned duties.
