Multi-Site Property Helper

The Multi-Site Property Helper role is onsite at multiple residential properties throughout Chicago, Illinois. The posting lists pay of $22.82 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule. What you'll do

• Clean common areas, vacant units, offices, parking areas, sidewalks, and alleyways
• perform lawn care, snow removal, window cleaning, leaf blowing, trash pickup, and sanitation
• perform light maintenance including basic plumbing and appliance troubleshooting
• assist with painting and minor repairs
• report maintenance and safety concerns
• operate cleaning and lawn equipment and hand and power tools
• transport supplies between properties
• assist at multiple sites
• participate in emergency/on-call duties as required.
