Telebehavioral Health Clinician

Job overview

The Telebehavioral Health Clinician role is based in Ashland, KY, with a possible hybrid in-office and telehealth arrangement for individuals who consistently meet productivity expectations. Pay is $65,000–$75,000 annually. The clinician works with the Collaborative Care Model team and supports children, adolescents, and families referred by primary care, EMS, schools, and hospital partners. The clinician assesses behavioral health needs, provides brief interventions and crisis risk review, and connects youth and families with appropriate ongoing care. The role contributes to coordinated care by collaborating with care managers, psychiatric consultants, and community and healthcare partners.

What you'll do

• Complete telebehavioral and in-person assessments, including diagnostic evaluation and suicide, self-harm, and substance-use screening
• provide brief evidence-based interventions
• develop safety and person-centered treatment plans
• respond to urgent referrals when clinically indicated
• assess escalation needs using program protocols
• participate in weekly case review
• connect clients to ongoing services
• consult with provider partners
• support partner training
• complete compliant documentation and contribute to reporting and quality improvement.
