Mobile Maintenance Technician / Day Porter

What you'll do

• Inspect properties and identify maintenance concerns
• complete minor drywall, painting, door, lock, ceiling tile, plumbing, and light electrical repairs
• assist with preventive maintenance
• coordinate with property managers and vendors
• respond to tenant requests
• maintain logs and work orders
• assist with storm preparation and inspections
• perform day porter cleaning and trash duties
• travel between properties
• participate in the on-call rotation as required.
