Legal Analyst

What you'll do

• Assist with responses to foreclosure and bankruptcy actions and track foreclosure cases and Sheriff’s sales. Prepare legal documents, contracts, releases, reports, budgets, and internal communications
• sort and distribute department mail
• support Legal Counsel with word processing, filing, document transmittal, and correspondence. Maintain project and case files, update the SharePoint contracts database, conduct records and legal research, check forms, and prepare contract drafts and amendments.
