What you'll do

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product information and price quotes
• answer questions and resolve concerns by phone and email
• support website sales
• assist outside residential sales with in-home consultations during high-volume periods
• develop sales opportunities and account relationships
• identify sales and upsell opportunities
• explain product features
• complete estimates and sales orders
• return customer calls and messages promptly.
