What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to product lines and receive customer complaints
• prepare and follow up on customer change notices
• process and monitor orders, shipments, forecasts, and replenishments
• quote and recommend products
• communicate shipping dates and delays
• resolve customer and carrier issues
• maintain order records and follow-up files
• calculate premiums, invoices, and commissions
• coordinate with production, shipping, warehouse, and carriers.
