What you'll do

• Direct daily Blue Team operations, watch coverage, shift handoffs, priorities, and analyst escalation
• coordinate incident response, threat hunting, detection-content development, and defensive tooling
• maintain SOPs, playbooks, quality reviews, training, and response readiness
• review significant investigations and operational reports
• integrate vulnerability assessment, cyber threat intelligence, tooling, exercises, and surge requirements
• track staffing, qualifications, access, and performance
• mentor analysts and lead corrective actions.
