What you'll do

• Train and mentor Club Managers
• drive sales and revenue across clubs
• develop membership and personal-training revenue strategies
• monitor financial benchmarks
• conduct performance evaluations, sales meetings, and club inspections
• support recruitment and staff development
• address member concerns
• and maintain cleanliness and professional standards.
