The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Austell, GA, part-time, with a Monday–Friday after-school schedule of 15–20 hours per week; weekends may be needed. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. Heartlinks ABA provides ABA therapy, primarily in homes, to children with autism spectrum disorder. The RBT delivers BCBA-designed programs in home and community settings, teaches functional skills, records progress, and collaborates with families to support consistent behavior plans.
