The provider performs agreed cleaning and facility-upkeep services using their own methods, equipment, and schedule under a service agreement. The work helps maintain facility cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and safety standards.

What you'll do

• As scoped in the service agreement, perform general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• provide floor care such as buffing, polishing, and stripping
• clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• use provider-owned equipment and supplies
• perform minor facility upkeep and, where agreed, painting touch-ups or light repairs
• follow site safety protocols.
