Customer Service Coordinator

What you'll do

• Support purchase order processing, quote and proposal generation, and order maintenance
• respond to customer requests by email and phone
• support customers, service teams, regional sales managers, distributors, and technical sales with proposals, order status, opportunity and case creation, and export compliance
• troubleshoot and expedite order and quote issues
• review new orders
• maintain accurate order management documentation and metrics
• follow pricing and system procedures
• escalate non-standard requests to the Applications Lab
• participate in internal status meetings
• assist with training new team members as needed.
