Compensation is described as an estimated mid- to high-$300,000s annual salary, depending on experience, qualifications, and work location, with a discretionary target incentive of up to 50% of base salary. Corvias develops solutions through partnerships to address partners’ challenges and build resilient communities. The president leads energy-business strategy and execution, including growth, partnerships, capture, and contract delivery for Department of War markets. The role carries P&L responsibility and leads teams and cross-functional partners to convert opportunities into contract awards, revenue, and scalable energy and infrastructure solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a Department of War market and contracts strategy
• translate market dynamics into growth priorities and investment decisions
• own energy-business revenue growth and performance
• lead business development and capture from opportunity identification through contract execution
• lead pricing, deal structuring, and margin management
• establish teaming arrangements, alliances, joint ventures, and partner ecosystems
• build senior-level relationships with Department of War officials and industry partners
• align with Government Relations efforts
• lead cross-functional execution, performance standards, reporting, compliance, risk management, recruitment, and team development.

Why this role

Remote role restricted to hiring in the listed states. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 20+ years of senior leadership experience in enterprise growth, government markets, or defense-adjacent industries; energy efficiency, clean generation, and resiliency experience is strongly preferred. MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
